From the beginning, we were dedicated to providing the highest quality services we could for our clients.     Matt Shamis is the managing principal for Advantage Properties Chicago, Inc. Matt has extensive knowledge and background in the Real Estate industry with a focus in Brokerage and rental Property Management specializing in the Chicago metropolitan market. Matt helps represent both individual client needs along with investment groups looking for opportunities.


    Matt graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania majoring in Real Estate, with a concentration in finance from the Rauch School of Business. Matt played Division I college basketball and was part of a team that went to the NCAA national tournament in 2010. After college, Matt played professional basketball overseas in Israel for three years.
